1. What Platform is

Platform aggregates publicly available information about Indian IPOs — grey market premium (GMP), subscription figures, dates, lot sizes, listing data — and presents it in one place, along with optional AI-generated summaries and a Q&A assistant.

2. Not investment advice

Nothing on Platform is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, an offer, or a recommendation to apply for, buy, sell or hold any security. GMP is an unofficial, speculative figure. AI answers and summaries can be wrong. You are solely responsible for your decisions; consult a SEBI-registered adviser. See the disclaimer.

3. Data is provided "as is"

Figures are scraped from third-party sources and may be delayed, incomplete or incorrect. We make no warranty as to accuracy, completeness or availability, and we may change or remove any feature at any time.

4. Acceptable use

• Don't scrape, bulk-download or resell Platform's data or overload the service.
• Don't attempt to bypass rate limits or probe the service for vulnerabilities.
• Don't use the AI assistant to generate unlawful, abusive or misleading content.

We may block access that breaches these terms.

5. No account

Platform has no login. Anything you save (your watchlist) stays in your own browser. We handle the little else that is processed as described in the privacy policy.

6. Intellectual property

The Platform name, wordmark, design and original text are ours. Underlying facts and third-party data belong to their sources, which are credited. Company names and marks belong to their owners.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Platform and its operators are not liable for any loss or damage — including trading or investment losses — arising from use of, or reliance on, the site or its data or AI outputs.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
